Position: Middle School Arithmetic and History Teacher

At BVCA Since: 2007- Present (Previously taught High School Mathematics and Bible from 1997 to 2007 at United Christian Academy/VT)

Education: B.A. in Youth Ministries, Northwest College; currently enrolled at Western New England College to complete a Masters degree in Mathematics

Personal Testimony: I consider myself very blessed to have been raised in a loving, Christian home. I am sure this helped me avoid making some very poor choices growing up. I accepted the Lord as my personal Savior at age nine and, though the Christian life is not always easy, I could never imagine living life without Christ as my Savior.

Favorite Verse: Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.(Proverbs 3:5,6)

Family: I have been married to my wife, Kimberlee, since 1991. We have been blessed with a daughter, Madeline.

Hobbies: I enjoy watching most sports. I also like to play golf, tennis, and go running.

Teaching Objectives: To develop in each of my students a Biblical, Christian worldview; to help students see God in every aspect of their lives; to cultivate in each student a passion for learning and a drive to pursue his/her education with excellence.

Message to Parents and Students: Thank you for your faith in Baptist Village Christian Academy. I am committed to praying for you, loving each of my students as a special creation of God, and striving to be the best teacher I can be.
